Payment policy
We accept the payment via PayPal and credit card, when the total payment amount is over £350,we will suggest use Western Union.
Notice We want to remind all customers that they are responsible for any local handling fees and intermediary bank handling fees. Therefore, customers should confirm total payment amounts with their local bank. If we have received your payment, we will give you an e-mail to confirm. So after you pay successfully, don’t forget to check your email.
Delivery Policy
Unless otherwise requested, we deliver your order DHL/ RPX/DPD. According to credit cards clearance, address confirmation and availabilities of our products. Our customer service department may need 1-3 working days to process your order. So please wait patiently.
Return Policy
Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. A Return Goods Authorization form and address label will be issued. The merchandise can be returned at the customer's expense. All merchandise must be returned unused and in original condition and packaging. You will be credited the amount you paid less a restocking fee. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender.
Receipt of damaged merchandise
Should any order be damaged in shipping, please adhere to the following procedure:
1. Obtain an inspection report from the responding local courier company office.
2. If you want to return your order, please notify your salesperson by email or live chat firstly .He or she will instruct the next steps.
Lost merchandise
Should merchandise be lost in transit, we will replace the goods after the shipment has been traced. Upon notification by the carrier of non-delivery, a claim will be filed, and the merchandise will be replaced or a credit issued.
